Job Description
Responsibilities
- To manage the end to end recruitment process and handling of on-boarding programs to facilitate smooth transitions for new employees.
- Coordinate training programs to address skill gaps and promote continuous learning.
- Support the implementation of career development initiatives for employees.
- Administer employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
- Contribute to HR projects such as employee surveys, policy changes, and process improvements.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace satisfaction.
- Facilitate effective communication channels within the organization, ensuring dissemination of important information to employees.
Requirements
- Possess a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or any related field.
- Preferable working experience in human resources for 1 – 2 years. Experience in recruitment and training.
- Sound knowledge & exposure of HR practices and Employment Act.
- Good analytical skills – data analysis via Microsoft Excel.
- Good presentation skills – proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Confident, outgoing & energetic.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM3,200.00 – RM3,500.00 per month
