Job Description

Responsibilities

  • To manage the end to end recruitment process and handling of on-boarding programs to facilitate smooth transitions for new employees.
  • Coordinate training programs to address skill gaps and promote continuous learning.
  • Support the implementation of career development initiatives for employees.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Contribute to HR projects such as employee surveys, policy changes, and process improvements.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace satisfaction.
  • Facilitate effective communication channels within the organization, ensuring dissemination of important information to employees.

Requirements

  • Possess a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or any related field.
  • Preferable working experience in human resources for 1 – 2 years. Experience in recruitment and training.
  • Sound knowledge & exposure of HR practices and Employment Act.
  • Good analytical skills – data analysis via Microsoft Excel.
  • Good presentation skills – proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Confident, outgoing & energetic.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM3,200.00 – RM3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Education:

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Human resources: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

  • English (Preferred)
  • Mandarin (Preferred)
