Job Description
Assist with stores and warehouse stocktake and ensure completion of all stocktake investigations are on the same day.
Conduct surprise audits in accordance with QSC and ZTC checklists at least one store per day.
Brief audit findings during exit meetings with store managers / PIC, draft, finalize, and share audit findings and reports with management.
Conduct surprise cash counts and warehouse delivery checks, as well as handle ad-hoc requests from HR to ensure 100% compliance with store policies.
Conduct case investigations on non-compliance cases and report them to HQ for necessary action.
Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.
