Job Description
- Preferably a Mandarin speaker.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle out-bound calls
- Liaise with different branches in Malaysia
- Capable of multitasking and prioritizing workload
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Stock Management skills required
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum education: SPM/”O” Level or higher
- No minimum experience required
- Preferably in PR/Communications/Customer Service
- Confident communicator with good verbal and written skills
- Strong phone contact handling skills
- Self-motivated and willing to learn
Location:
Eko Cheras Office Tower, Kuala Lumpur
Working Hours: 9 AM – 6 PM (Mon-Fri), 9 AM – 1 PM (alternate Saturdays)
