Job Description
Assist in general administrative tasks.
- Handle customer inquiries and perform KYC for new merchants.
Application and tasks under merchant processing:
- Continuous follow-up with merchants and sales PIC.
- Prepare for credit terminal payments, documents, website, and system usage.
- Provide product training and guidance.
- Adapt to changes and undertake ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
REQUIREMENTS
- Open to fresh graduates or candidates with similar work experience.
- Seeking candidates with a positive attitude and diligence.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and email.
- Single candidates preferred.
- Ability to speak, read, and write in English and Mandarin.
- Candidates available immediately will be prioritized.
