Job Description
Job Descriptions:
- Assist on general administration tasks
- Able to communicate and handle customer queries, perform KYC on new merchant
Applications and tasks under merchant processing:
- Able to perform constant follow up with merchants and sales PIC
- Perform payment credit terminal preparations, documents and usage of portals and systems
- Product training and guidelines shall be provided
- Able to adapt to changes and take on ad hoc tasks assigned by management
Requirements:
- Fresh graduate or similar working experience candidate is welcomed
- Looking for a candidate with a positive attitude and who is hardworking
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and emails
- Preferable candidates that are still single
- Able to write, read, and speak English and BM
- Candidates who can join immediately shall be given priority
- Good remuneration and benefits await the successful candidate
