Job Description
Work location: MamaDang Avenue K.

Your Roles include :
- Preparing coffee and drinks
- Proper handling of coffee equipment
- Greet customers, take orders, and be attentive.
- Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of coffee and menu items
- Ensure food/drinks/cake orders are correct and delivered to customers promptly.
- Maintain order and cleanliness of work and dining area
- Process payment and handle cashier as per the Company’s guidelines and cash handling policy
- Handle customer feedback and complaints in a professional manner.
- Any other duties required by your team leader in day-to-day operations.
You Need to :
- Have minimum SPM education level
- Advantageous to have a minimum of 1-year experience in F&B/barista and a similar capacity.
- Be able to converse in English. Chinese is a plus.
- Be friendly and fun.
- Be a team-player, positive, and willing-learner
- Be punctual and responsible
- Be able to work shifts, public holidays, and weekends
