Job Description
This role reports to the Pastry Chef / Chief Baker
Responsibilities:
- Adhere to company and kitchen SOP and policies;
- To ensure the quality of products being upheld at all times through the production process;
- To ensure the production work is performed and completed in a timely manner;
- To assist the production chef in the production process;
- To maintain a high standard of workplace cleanliness, hygiene, and tidiness;
- To maintain a high standard of personal hygiene;
- To assist in any tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- Passion for baking;
- Knowledgeable in practicing halal-related SOP in F&B industry;
- Knowledge of bakery techniques, bakery food items, bakery food preparation, presentation, preservation, and bakery equipment;
- Ensuring excellent kitchen cleanliness and hygiene;
- Good communication & organization skills;
- Follow standards and instructions from the direct supervisor.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM1,800.00 – RM2,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Fixed shift;
- Rotational shift.
Supplemental pay types:
- Overtime pay.
Experience:
- Baking: 1 year (Preferred).
