Responsibilities:

1. Build strong customer relationships to retain and increase customers’ wealth in financial planning services.
2. Identify market segmentation and initiate contact for data collection.
3. Analyze data to identify the current financial situation of customers.
4. Propose recommendations based on customers’ financial situation to achieve specific financial goals.
5. Implement the recommendations and monitor the progress towards financial goals.
6. Identify suitable candidates and organize interviews for the selection process.
7. Train and develop candidates to become capable young managers in financial planning services and industry leaders.

Requirements:

1. At least a Diploma/Degree in any field of study.
2. A creative and friendly character.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure.
4. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
5. Fluent in Bahasa and English.
6. Fresh graduates are welcome.
