Job Description
We are actively searching for a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our finance team as a Junior Accountant. This entry-level opportunity is perfect for someone who is not only passionate about finance but also eager to learn and grow within our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain general ledger accounts
- Process accounts payable
- Assist in invoicing, billing, and monitoring accounts receivable
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies
- Review and process employee expense reports
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements
- Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies
- Support senior accountants and finance management with ad-hoc tasks
Qualifications:
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
