Job Description:
- Provide clients with financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, semiannual, and annual basis.
- Prepare estimated taxes for company/individual clients. (not submission)
- Conduct a self review of at least 2 financial statements every month and submit them to senior executives for a second review.
- Amend financial statements after finalization by Senior/Manager.
- Prepare queries & submit FS to clients.
- Email the financial statements to auditors or tax agents after confirmation by the manager.
- Filter queries from auditors to be forwarded to clients.
- Adjust financial statements based on audit adjustments.
- Update the status report of clients’ financial statements.
- Respond to questions from clients’, auditors, and tax agents.
- Ensure that clients’ files are organized in accordance with the company’s SOP.
- Prepare and review account assistant/internship responsibilities for accurately maintaining clients’ bookkeeping.
- Prepare and review account assistant/internship tasks such as converting PDF Bank statements to Excel accurately.
- Prepare and review account assistant/internship responsibilities for bank reconciliation and double-entry accuracy.
- Prepare and review account assistant/internship tasks involving the preparation and analysis of clients’ payroll accurately.
- Prepare and ensure that account assistant/internship collaborates with clients, providing them with checklists for the accurate preparation of financial statements.
- Follow up on the financial statement preparation checklist.
- Ensure that documents received from clients are recorded by the admin.
- Communicate with the admin regarding invoice issues.
- Follow up on sales invoice arrears.
- Request deposit invoices and balance invoices.
- Stay alert to emails and WhatsApp communications.
- Perform any other duties as directed by the Supervisor or Manager.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Accountancy or a related qualification or equivalent.
- Fresh graduate encourages to apply.
