Job Description
We are currently seeking a dynamic and passionate Jr. Sous Chef to join our team. In this role, you will assist the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations and ensuring smooth functioning. Your responsibilities will include supervising and training kitchen staff, creating new recipes and menus, ensuring proper inventory control, and maintaining compliance with food safety standards.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role is preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and best practices.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
