Job Description
We are currently looking for a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Jr Chef de Partie (CDP). As a Jr CDP, you will be responsible for assisting the senior chefs in preparing and cooking delicious meals for our customers.
You will be working closely with the kitchen team, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to our high standards and presented in an appealing manner. This role requires someone with a solid foundation in culinary skills and a passion for creating culinary masterpieces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the senior chefs in all aspects of meal preparation
- Follow recipes and guidelines to ensure consistent quality
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Collaborate with other team members to create innovative and exciting menus
