Job Description
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Property Management / Estate Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Familiar with Strata Management Act 2013 (757) and able to liaise with the local council.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Good attitude, confident, interpersonal, and communication skills to liaise with high-end customer services.
- Must be able to work under minimum supervision and fast learner.
- Possess own transport and a valid driving license.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Salary: RM2,500.00 – RM3,500.00 per month
