Job Description
GSK Technology (M) Sdn Bhd is currently seeking a Japanese Translator.
Job Requirements:
- Age not exceeding 43 years old;
- Fluent in Mandarin and Japanese translation;
- Prior experience in automotive/machinery industry sales, customer service, or technical field is preferred;
- Proficiency in both Mandarin and Japanese translation is an added advantage;
- Language skills: English (required), Mandarin or Japanese (both required);
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply;
- Candidates must possess their own transportation and be willing to travel.
Job Responsibilities:
- Meeting with clients for conversations in Mandarin or Japanese;
- Handling customer requests and any discrepancy disputes related to purchase orders, invoices, and forecasts;
- Processing all data input in the customer system;
- Establishing and maintaining excellent relationships with clients;
- Assisting in the development of new clients.
