Job Description

We are seeking a Japanese Speaking Supervisor to lead a team providing Japanese language customer support and operations. The role includes supervising staff, ensuring quality standards, conducting training, monitoring performance, and coordinating with Japanese clients to deliver excellent service.

Requirements: fluent Japanese and English, minimum 3 years supervisory experience, strong communication and problem solving skills, and familiarity with CRM systems. Degree in language, business, or related field preferred. Competitive salary and benefits.
