Are you fluent in Japanese? Do you have excellent communication skills and enjoy assisting others? We are currently seeking Japanese Speaking Customer Service Representatives to join our dynamic team.
As a Japanese Speaking Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Japanese-speaking clientele. This role requires fluency in both spoken and written Japanese, as well as English. You will handle inbound calls and emails, address customer inquiries, and resolve any issues or complaints efficiently and professionally.
Key requirements for this position include strong verbal and written communication skills in Japanese and English, the ability to multitask and prioritize customer requests, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Previous experience in a customer service or call center role would be advantageous.
