Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and fluent Japanese speaker to join our Credit Collection team. As a Credit Collector, your main responsibility will be to contact customers in Japan who have outstanding debts and work with them to develop payment plans that suit their financial situation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contacting customers in Japan through phone calls and emails to discuss overdue payments.
- Negotiating with customers to establish payment plans and arrangements.
- Monitoring and tracking payment schedules to ensure timely payments.
- Resolving any payment discrepancies or issues that may arise.
- Maintaining accurate records of all collection activities and communications.
Requirements:
- Fluency in spoken and written Japanese and English.
- Prior experience in credit collection or customer service roles is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
