Job Description
LeQuadri Hotel, located in Kuala Lumpur, is currently seeking a skilled and passionate individual to join our kitchen team as a Japanese Demi Chef. If you have a strong background in Japanese cuisine and are looking for a challenging role in a prestigious hotel, this opportunity might be perfect for you.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Outlet Head Chef and other kitchen staff in food production.
- Maintain high cuisine standards for functions, clients, and delegates.
- Prepare and produce different types of food, including Western, Asian, Japanese, and canapés.
- Ensure timely cooking and service of food to clients.
- Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
- Collaborate with the Outlet Head Chef in menu development.
- Make requisitions for food items as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Outlet Head Chef.
Requirements:
- Education: Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
- Experience: 2 years as a Chef (Preferred)

Salary: From RM2,500.00 per month
