Job Description
Open Systems Matrix Sdn Bhd is currently seeking a Junior IT Technician to join our team.
Job Scope:
- Maintenance and repairing hardware
- Troubleshoot computers, notebooks, and printers
- Strong knowledge of hardware
- Provide full support and solve computer and networking problems
- Basic skills in handling customers
Requirements:
- Diploma in IT or Professional Certificate
- Good interpersonal skills, self-motivated, strong problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently
- Good discipline and work attitude
- Preferably 1 year of experience in IT support
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Able to speak English and Malay will have an added advantage
