Job Description
We are currently looking for an experienced IT Technician to join our team. As an IT Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to our staff.
Your main responsibilities will include maintaining computer systems, diagnosing hardware and software faults, installing and configuring computer hardware and software, and providing technical assistance to users.
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of computer systems and networks, excellent problem-solving skills, and good communication abilities. Prior experience in a similar role and a relevant degree or certification will be preferred.
