Job Description

  • Provide technical support for tablets/phones to all DO for HQ and Regional offices
  • Provide barcode support for HQ and Regional Offices
  • Asset Management/Tracking/documentation on all IT related peripherals
  • Provide daily/weekly/monthly reports on work carried out
  • Able to support Windows and Android platform
  • Provide 1st level tablet/phone support for windows/Android platform
  • Provide barcode support
  • Inventory Management of all Desktops, laptops, tablets and thumbprint & barcode device
  • Work closely with technical and device team from HQ

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Related Field
  • Good troubleshooting skills
  • Fair level of documentation skills
  • Well versed in BM and English
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
  • Able to conduct Application training and communicate with Team Leads, CSO’s and LO’s
  • Able to acquire knowledge fast
  • Must be willing to travel within region/district
