Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an IT Support with Data Analytics. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of their IT systems. Additionally, you will also play a key role in analyzing and interpreting data to identify trends, optimize performance, and drive business growth.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IT systems and software
- Maintain and monitor computer systems, networks, and servers
- Analyze and interpret data to identify patterns, trends, and insights
- Develop and recommend strategies to improve data quality and system performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions
- Provide training and guidance to end-users on IT-related matters
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Proven experience in IT support and data analytics
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
