Job Description
We are currently seeking an IT Support professional to join our team. As an IT Support specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems.
Your main responsibilities will include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and maintaining computer systems, and providing end-user support. Additionally, you will be responsible for configuring computer networks and ensuring data security and backup measures are in place.
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong technical background and excellent problem-solving skills. Proficiency in computer systems, networks, and software applications is crucial. Additionally, strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team are essential.
