Job Description

As an IT Executive at Serai Group’s headquarters, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of IT systems and providing technical support to enhance overall efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• System Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and troubleshooting of IT systems at the headquarters to ensure optimal functionality.
• Technical Support: Provide timely and effective technical support to resolve IT-related issues for HQ staff, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Network Management: Manage and maintain the organization’s network infrastructure, ensuring secure and efficient data transmission.
• Software Implementation: Assist in the implementation of software solutions, ensuring compatibility with existing systems and meeting organizational needs.
• Hardware Procurement: Collaborate with vendors to procure and maintain hardware components, ensuring reliability and performance.
• Security Measures: Implement and monitor security measures to safeguard IT systems and data from potential threats.
• Backup and Recovery: Establish and maintain backup and recovery procedures to prevent data loss and ensure business continuity.
• User Training: Provide training to HQ staff on IT system usage, ensuring optimal utilization and adherence to best practices.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of IT systems, configurations, and user guides for reference and troubleshooting purposes.
• Technology Assessment: Stay abreast of technological advancements, assess their relevance to the organization, and make recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Executive or similar role in the Food and Beverage industry.
• Strong technical skills in system maintenance, troubleshooting, and network management.
• Familiarity with software implementation, hardware procurement, and security measures.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM2,00.00 – RM2,500.00 per month
