Job Description
Location: All areas in Selangor
Protégé Allowance: MYR1,500.00 – MYR2,00.00
Starting Date: September 2024
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products
- Able to identify and solve PC, printer, and hardware issues
- Diagnose and fix basic technical problems
- Hardware maintenance, particularly PCs and printers
- In-depth knowledge of network types like LAN and WAN
- First point of contact for customers needing technical support
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science/ICT Engineering/Networking or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong presentation and customer-facing abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong multitasking and deadline-meeting skills
- Own transport and willingness to travel
- Experience in banking industry is a plus
