Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled IT Support professional to join our team. As an IT Support, your primary responsibility will be to provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to our employees.
You will be responsible for resolving hardware and software issues, setting up and maintaining devices and systems, and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure. You will also be involved in maintaining and monitoring our network and system security, as well as assisting in the implementation of IT projects and upgrades.
To excel in this role, you should have solid technical knowledge and experience in troubleshooting hardware and software problems. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also essential as you will be interacting with employees of all levels to understand and resolve their IT issues.
