Job Description
We are seeking an IT Support professional to join our team at Axxel Marketing Sdn Bhd. The ideal candidate will provide first-line technical support and manage hardware and software maintenance. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, supporting network connectivity, and maintaining IT asset documentation.
The qualified individual should have at least a high school diploma, experience in IT support, and strong problem-solving skills. Familiarity with networking and cloud technologies is preferred. Mandarin speaking is an advantage.
This full-time, permanent position offers a monthly salary of RM3,500 – RM4,00, along with health benefits and performance bonuses.
