Job Description
Location: Jalan Setia Prima, Shah Alam 40170
Job Descriptions:
- Provide support/installation/configuration for IT-related hardware, software, and network.
- Liaising with vendors on hardware repair & maintenance, software renewal & purchasing, etc.
- Liaising with Group IT from headquarters in China to support in-house software or system if necessary.
- Guide users or conduct remote troubleshooting.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by superior from time to time.
