Job Description
· Provide continuous technical support via telephone and email related to the product.
· Identified and troubleshooted the technical issues to solve the problems related. Dealing with customer’s needs.
· Conduct basic probing to determine the next action for any software related enquiries.
Job Type: Contract
Salary: RM3,400.00 per month
Supplemental pay types:
