Job Description
We are seeking an experienced IT Specialist to join our team as a Workplace & Collaboration expert. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing our company’s technological infrastructure to improve productivity and collaboration among employees.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of workplace technologies such as email systems, team collaboration tools, document management systems, and video conferencing platforms.
- Ensure the availability and reliability of workstations, laptops, and other workplace devices.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to workplace technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement innovative solutions to optimize workflow and enhance communication.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend improvements and upgrades to existing systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Prior experience as an IT Specialist or in a similar role.
- Proficient in workplace technologies such as Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, and video conferencing platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
