Job Description

Duties:

• Responsible for Sales & Business Development including new account development
• Develop Sales Plan and collaborate with internal team on delivery
• Engage existing Customers on their technology roadmap and investment plan through building a collaborative partnership with Customers
• Demonstrate professionalism in interactions with clients and partners
• Identify new opportunities (market segments) through introduction of new ideas and concepts
• Respond quickly and efficiently to high-priority issues and contribute to team’s deliverables
• Develop and maintain pipeline of projects and prospects
• Manage entire sales from pre-sales to post-sales
• Achieving or exceeding sales targets through developing go-to-market strategies and solutions
• Meet minimum sales gross margin and monitor invoicing and receivables
• Review tender requirements and be responsible for submission of proposal
• Maintain all customer-related documentation
• Keep abreast of partners’ products and services
• Keep up-to-date information of competitors (products & services, activities)

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Engineering or IT
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience preferably as a Manager in Sales – Technical/IT
• Experience in technical solutions in Microsoft 365/Dynamics, Azure, AWS, ERP
• Good understanding and background in Application Development
• Self-driven and motivated individual
• Willingness to travel as required
• Mandarin speaker & Preferably female

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: RM6,00.00 – RM8,500.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

• Commission pay
