Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To be involved in sales and troubleshooting of computer software/hardware, as well as assembling.
- Adequate internal/external training and guidance will be provided.
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
- Troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and networking problems.
- Providing customer support and resolving technical issues.
- Following up with customers to ensure complete resolution of problems.
- Providing product and system-wide knowledge.
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess or currently be pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Plaza Alam Sentral, Shah Alam.
- Must have a driving license.
