Job Description

Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and eager-to-learn IT Sales Intern to support our sales team. This role involves cold calling, lead follow-ups and accompanying senior sales executives to client meetings to gain hands-on experience in IT solutions sales.

This internship is ideal for students who are interested in technology, sales and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct cold calling to potential customers using provided leads or databases
• Assist in lead generation and qualification
• Follow up with prospects via phone, WhatsApp, or email
• Attend client meetings with senior sales executives and take meeting notes
• Update and maintain customer information in CRM system
• Learn and understand company IT products/services (e.g. system, app, web, ERP, CRM)

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Business / Marketing / IT / Computer Science or related fields
• Comfortable speaking on the phone (cold calling is required)
• Good communication skills in English (Mandarin is a plus)
• Willing to learn, proactive and not afraid of rejection
• Basic computer skills (Google Docs, Excel, email, WhatsApp)
• Able to work at least 3 months (longer duration preferred)
