Responsibilities

• Managing a retail store, motivating and developing a sales team to increase sales and ensure efficiency.
• Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers to understand service requirements.
• Maintains the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
• Managing stock levels and purchases and ensure they stay within budget.
• Analyzing sales figures and forecasting future sales volumes to maximize profits.
• Maintain awareness of market trends in the retail industry and monitoring what local competitors are doing.
• Handle complaints from customers to maintain the store’s reputation.
• Oversee in-store promotional events or displays.
• Ensure standards for quality, customer service, and health and safety are met.

Requirement

• Minimum 3 years working experience preferably in the retail industry.
• Candidates with relevant strong working experience as Manager are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities (verbal and written).
• Multi-lingual fluency: REQUIRED to have English & Bahasa Malaysia, plus one other language.
