Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist project managers in monitoring and managing project progress to ensure timely delivery.
- Participate in the daily management of project personnel, including work assignments, collaboration, and performance monitoring.
- Maintain project work discipline and ensure team members adhere to company policies and project standards.
- Organize meetings, record meeting resolutions, and follow up on their implementation.
- Participate in performance reviews of team members, providing feedback and suggestions for improvement.
- Assist in the development and execution of project risk management and response measures.
- Prepare and update project documentation, including progress reports and budget reports.
Basic skill requirements:
- Basic understanding of IT project management processes, including agile and traditional methodologies.
- Effective time management, multitasking, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in using project management tools (such as Microsoft Project, JIRA) and office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
Advanced skill requirements:
- Understanding of software development process and characteristics of IT projects.
- Basic knowledge of risk management and quality control.
- Experience in team coordination and personnel management.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology Management, or related field.
- At least 1 year of IT project management or related work experience.
- Priority given to applicants holding project management-related qualification certificates (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM).

Salary: RM5,00.00 – RM6,00.00 per month
