Job Description
Plastictecnic (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated IT Officer to oversee daily operations of our computer networks. The successful candidate will manage hardware/software support, provide technical assistance, and maintain IT systems for optimal performance. A minimum of 1 year of IT support experience or a Diploma in IT is required, along with strong communication skills and knowledge of network infrastructure.
Key responsibilities include troubleshooting computer systems, managing email systems and CCTV setups, and delivering user training. Familiarity with SAP, data backup procedures, and firewall management will be beneficial.
This is a full-time role with a competitive salary ranging from RM2,00.00 to RM2,800.00, working Monday to Friday in person.
