Job Description
As an IT Network Technical Support, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting network systems within the company. Your main objective will be to ensure the smooth operation and optimal performance of the company’s network infrastructure.
In this role, you will work closely with the IT team to provide technical support for network-related issues, including identifying and resolving network connectivity problems, configuring network hardware and software, and implementing security measures to protect the network.
Key responsibilities:
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting for network-related issues.
- Configuring and maintaining network equipment, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Monitoring network performance and identifying areas for improvement.
- Implementing security measures to protect the network from unauthorized access.
- Collaborating with other IT team members to plan and implement network upgrades and expansions.
- Documenting network configurations and procedures.
