Job Description
Tenure: 2-year contract (Renewable basis)
Salary: RM 2800 — RM 4500 (including RM 500 Training allowance + RM 400 Shift allowance)
Location: Shah Alam
Working Hour: Night Shift (Fixed Shift)
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide advanced technical support to Esri end users
- Resolve issues related to enterprise GIS servers using Esri tools and relevant technologies
- Document cases comprehensively in CRM system
- Author knowledge articles for internal and external users
- Identify software improvements and log defects
- Adapt to evolving technical requirements
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in GIS, Computer Science, or related field
- 1-2 years of relevant working experience; fresh grads with strong internship experience welcome
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to articulate technical information clearly
- Adaptability to changing work environments
- Background in server or network administration is advantageous
- Knowledge of software support tools (IBM Cognos, MicroStrategy, Microsoft Dynamics CR)
Job Type: Contract
Salary: RM3,200.00 – RM4,800.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
