Job Description
We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to join our team at Agensi Pekerjaan NS Shue Sdn Bhd, located in Bukit Tinggi, Klang. This full-time position offers a competitive salary between RM 6,00 to RM 8,00 per month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support migration and implementation of new systems.
- Streamline business processes through automation.
- Monitor and reduce hardware and software costs.
- Maintain accurate data records.
- Collaborate with teams to enhance IT solutions.
- Provide end-user support and troubleshooting.
- Conduct training for new systems.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in IT or related field.
- 6–10 years of experience in IT operations.
- Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365, Windows OS, and hardware troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
