Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Address and resolve queries from Customer Support (CS)
- Arrange on-site visits with customers for issue analysis
- Maintain hardware inventory records
- Coordinate with vendors for supplies and maintenance
- Collaborate with teams for sales kits and marketing materials
- Support marketing campaigns to boost service usage
- Assist manager in implementing CS strategies
- Coordinate customer participation in beta testing
Requirements:
- Diploma minimum, preferably in IT/Tech
- Fresh graduates encouraged to apply
Job Types: Full-time, Contract (6-12 months)
Pay: RM2,700.00 – RM3,500.00 per month
