Job Description
Company: EPS Ventures Sdn Bhd
Location: Shah Alam
Tenure: 2-year contract (Renewable)
Working Hours: Fixed Night Shift, 9 PM – 6 AM, Monday to Friday
Salary: Up to RM 4,500 (Negotiable) + RM 900 (Shift and Training Allowance)
Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality technical support to end-users.
- Resolve technical issues with enterprise GIS servers.
- Document cases in the CRM system.
- Author knowledge articles for users.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in relevant field.
- 2 years IT support experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
