Job Description
1. First point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone, email, social media, and other platforms allowed by the management.
2. Performing remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and relevant questions.
3. Determining the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers.
4. Walk the customer through the problem-solving process.
5. Identify and escalate unresolved issues to related parties or next-level support.
6. Provide support to the technical team on-site.
7. Responsible for and acting as the ticket owner to monitor the progress of next-level support to comply within the SLA agreement.
8. Provide accurate information on IT products or services.
9. Create, update, and record events, problems, and resolutions in logs and the ticketing system.
10. Follow-up and update customer status and information.
11. Pass on any feedback or suggestions from customers to the appropriate internal team.
12. Identify and suggest improvements to procedures.
13. Prepare data and monthly reports for management when necessary.
14. Complete any other tasks as assigned by superiors.

Salary: RM2,00.00 – RM3,00.00 per month
