JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Break/Fix, Disassembly/re-assembly, Troubleshooting
- Fault diagnosis, basic troubleshooting, and ensure effective repair.
- Delivers upgrades and conversions including replacement of component parts e.g. keyboards, monitors, disks etc.
- Escalate calls within given time guidelines.
- Process paperwork relevant to customer problems/upgrades.

JOB REQUIREMENT:
- Possess a car and a valid driving license
- Preferable Male
- Degree or Diploma
Level 1: Entry Level Technician (Helping Hands Material Handler)
- Able to follow instructions from senior team members or Dell PM
- Familiar with most technology products
- Proven ability to handle all technology products in the capacity of material handling, labeling, connecting/disconnecting cables and equipment, moves, disposals, box and un-box, as well as, other related activities
- 0.5-2 years experience
Level 2: Junior/Field Technician
- Must have proven customer service background
- Individual will be knowledgeable of the Windows operating system environment
- Able to comprehend and follow verbal and written technical instructions and scripts
- Qualified resources should have A+ certification or equivalent skill set
- Basic Windows troubleshooting will be involved
- Certification in various hardware platforms may optionally be required for servicing hardware issues
- 0.5-2 years experience in servicing/deploying computer equipment or a technical school certification is required
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM2,300.00 – RM2,800.00 per month
