As an IT Support Officer, some of the main responsibilities include:
- Technical Support: Providing assistance to end-users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- System Maintenance: Ensuring the smooth running of computer systems, networks, and IT infrastructure.
- User Training: Providing training on IT-related tools to end-users.
- Security: Implementing and maintaining security measures to protect IT infrastructure.
- Documentation: Creating and maintaining IT process documentation and user manuals.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,00.00 – RM4,500.00 per month
