Job Description
Knowing security protocols, IT systems & networking infrastructures
Fixing hardware, software, and networking issues.
Setup desktop, laptops, applications, Microsoft office, outlooks, printer and etc.
Installing software and networking systems
Knowledge on LAN and wireless networks
Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Able to consistently update on important tasks and prepare monthly reports
Able to do performance review every quarter on their job.
Able to communicate and relay information to a non-technological audience effectively
Ability to identify necessary improvements to our current environments and provide proposals.
