Job Description
Job Description:
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
- Responding timely to service issues and requests.
- Providing technical support company-wide, in person or via phone.
- Setting up accounts for new users.
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
- Testing new technology.
- Training junior staff, if required.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM qualification.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to converse in English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
