Job Description
Troubleshooting, installing, and maintaining computers, Local Area Network, servers, and providing support and maintenance of network equipment to ensure system efficiency.
- Setting up personal computers and installing software for employees’ work usage.
- Providing user support of Enterprise Resource Planning system to assist users.
- Preparing user guide in IT related issues for easy reference.
- Monitoring assets to ensure compliance with company’s asset policies.
- Monitoring and verifying daily backup of IT related data to prevent data loss.
- Preparing IT audits to ensure compliance of policy and processes.
- Performing any other tasks or projects as assigned by the Management.
- Monitoring network performance, security vulnerabilities, and ensuring antivirus integrity within the network.
- Providing training on Enterprise Resource Planning system for related module.
- Ensuring antivirus and company related software are up to date and adhere to IT security policies.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM3,00.00 – RM4,00.00 per month
