Job Description
– Responsible for supporting, maintaining, and optimizing Infrastructure and systems operations
– Administration of various systems and applications related services, such as file server, e-mail, user account maintenance, server security such as patches or antivirus
– Stay on top of ERP system administrations such as security setting, user access, dashboard management, data integration, storage management, and all other related
– IT operations including routine backups, network troubleshooting & maintenance, server room equipment, office PC and peripherals maintenance
– Disaster Management; ability to proactively follow up with the IT team members & vendors to ensure a quick resolution to all incidents encountered
– Reporting of budget, cost, usage, and inventory for all software & hardware including trends and tracking as well as staying on top of annual renewal for subscription-based items (example: Solidworks, Inventor, Autocad, TeamViewer, etc)
– Implement strict IT policy and regular check to ensure compliance with regulations
– Taking care of company website including but not limited to periodic products, events & information update
– Support day-to-day operations and solve user issues related to PC, Laptop or any other IT equipment as well as provide training as deemed necessary
– Keep abreast of the latest technology in the market and proactively propose to the Management for continuous improvement
– Must be able to work independently and as a team to ensure a successful completion of tasks/projects
– Ensure IT documentation is kept properly
– To give ad-hoc support to company projects such as installation of router, CCTV, network infrastructure, and others
