Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled IT Customer Experience Specialist who is fluent in Vietnamese. As the IT Customer Experience Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our Vietnamese-speaking customers have a seamless and positive experience with our products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide solutions to technical issues via phone, email, and chat
- Offer guidance and assistance to customers regarding software installations, troubleshooting, and usage
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer problems
- Document customer interactions and solutions in our CRM system
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers
Requirements:
- Strong fluency in both Vietnamese and English languages
- Proven experience in an IT customer support role
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think analytically
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
