Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced IT Business Partner & PMO to join our team. As the IT Business Partner, you will be responsible for aligning the IT strategies with the overall business objectives and facilitating effective communication between IT and business teams. Alongside this role, you will also take on the responsibilities of a PMO, ensuring successful project delivery, managing project governance, and providing support and guidance to project teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand business needs and develop IT strategies and solutions to meet those needs.
- Act as a liaison between business and IT teams to ensure clear communication and understanding of requirements and expectations.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to project teams, ensuring adherence to project management methodologies and best practices.
- Manage project governance, including project planning, risk management, and quality assurance.
- Proactively identify and address issues and risks that could impact project delivery and escalate when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT Business Partner and PMO roles.
- Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to align technology solutions with business needs.
- Excellent project management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
